Subject to these terms, we do not offer refunds on the services or any E-BOOKs. We are always open and will put our customer's needs & concerns first. 

We will fix and accommodate all service issues if brought to our attention within 14 days after you receive any services. If 14 days have gone by since direct service again unfortunately, we can’t offer any accommodations.
